Custom Order Terms and Conditions
- No refunds or exchanges on all Custom orders. No returns accepted.
- Typical job completion time may vary from 7-10 business days. ( Monday - Friday)
- Job completion time is estimated from date of 100% paid quote and/or invoice.
- Quotes provided are based on the assumption that we are doing all of the garment decorating at the same time. If decoration timeline of garment needs to be split in two separate printing timelines, you will be charged separately for two print runs due to reduced efficiency, and/or will be charged separate setup fees.
- Additional services are completed after printing and may increase your production timeline.

Delivery and shipping services are completed after your order is printed and will add approx. 3-5 business days to your timeline.
- Standard variation for artwork placement on any garment is .25″ with a max variation of .5″ in any direction.
- KodaBear Ink is NOT responsible for Spelling errors, or omissions after the proof has been approved and the job printed.
- All price quotes are valid for 30 days.
- All quotes subject to revision based on customer changes or upon review of final artwork.
- All Sales are final.
